byGROUNDED was born from founder Kim Clemonts' own journey. With an academic background in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) and Counseling Psychology (M.A.); she has always navigated the intersection of the practical and the creative, the structured and the abstract, the strategic and the deeply human. That lived experience is the foundation of everything we build. Kim oversees every engagement as our lead Creative Consultant and Project Architect, bringing 10+ years of experience and a rare fluency across operations, brand strategy, and experience production that allows byGROUNDED to function as not only an agency but also as an extension of your team.
