The creative industry is full of talent. What it lacks is infrastructure. NNEXUS Incubator Labs was built to close that gap. This program is  a hands-on accelerator connecting artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs with the industry frameworks, tools, and relationships they need to move their work forward. Each wave spans four to five  labs focused on distinct creative mediums such as film and photography, fashion, sound, and movement. Participants don't just receive motivation; they leave with tangible tools, sharpened technique, and a cohort of collaborators they continue to build with long after the final session.

 

byGROUNDED served as the Program Manager and operational foundation. Our Project Lead owned the full participant experience from venue sourcing and application management to communications, payment processing, facilitator support, and on-site production. The systems we built transformed how the program ran;  reducing administrative overhead by an estimated 80% and redirecting team energy toward what mattered most: the participants and the programming.

 

The results have shown themselves beyond the room. Participants have gone on to join NNEXUS productions and build lasting working relationships with fellow cohort members; turning a two-hour lab into an ongoing creative community.
